Not happy with your purchase? Don't worry

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we're proud to offer a 30 day return policy on "like-new" products in their original packaging.

To request a return, please email info@vibesltd.co.uk - If your return request is accepted we'll send a prepaid label via email. The amount of your refund depends on the condition of the product. In most cases this is 100%. 

Please note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued in such case.

We're unable to accept returns on the following purchases:

  • Most food & drink items (but please email us with details so we can discuss on a case by case basis)
  • Made to order products
  • Open-box items
  • Jewelry
  • Bath/body items
  • Personal care goods
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Digital items/downloads (Cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature)

Some other things to keep in mind:

  • Thinking of ordering multiple products? It is best to test one first and order afterwards.
  • Returns expire after 30 days. Please contact us if you need additional time.
  • We typically process returns within 14 business days of receipt of the product. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. 
  • The conditions mentioned in this paragraph do not deprive the consumer of exercising his statutory right of withdrawal.
  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find any defects, damages or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue. (Please note that any reports of defective or incorrect items made more than 7 days after receipt will not be eligible for refunds, exchanges or returns).
  • If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is processed.
  • We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return ro inform you if the refund has been approved. If the refund has been approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@vibesltd.co.uk.
